Invitation to tender: Final evaluation of the Resource Efficiency Yorkshire

CO2Sense are seeking to appoint an external evaluator to conduct a final evaluation of its Resource Efficiency Yorkshire (REY) programme, which aims to ‘increase the competitiveness of regional businesses through the widespread adoption of resource efficiency measures.’

The REY programme is part financed by the Yorkshire and Humber European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Competitiveness and Employment Programme 2007 – 2013. The final evaluation should address the question of what the full net economic, environmental, social and geographical impacts have been and what is expected in the future to determine if the project has been value for money. 

The evaluation should be conducted in two stages:

The successful bidder will be suitably qualified and experienced, and able to complete within the required timescales.
